We pay much attention to a safe and friendly working environment, which is built on respect, consideration of mutual interests and recognition of the achievements of all members of a friendly team. In this atmosphere thanks and care, an optimal environment for promoting career ladder.

The main principle of personnel policy is effective work and its worthy evaluation. They are based on the personal contribution of each employee to the common cause. Employees are given the opportunity to improve their Professional knowledge and skills for further career growth.

The recruitment strategy deserves special attention. Basic criteria for the selection of specialists: professional preparedness, communicability, career orientation, mobility, ability to learning and initiative. To determine these qualities, the candidate passes three stages of the interview:

1. Preliminary selection by the Division of staff on the basis of a summary. 2. A personal interview with a representative of the Personnel Department. At this stage the degree of qualification and motivation is assessed. 3. Interview with the immediate commander and the head of the department.

Based on the results of three stages, the final decision on hiring is made. Thanks such responsible approach in the choice of applicants in the company significantly the flow of incompetent workers is reduced. At the same time, an important task was attracting talented young people who aspire to a professional development. Here, the Personnel Department has a tremendous responsibility - initially to discern the potential of the future master of his craft.
